Our custom-built software generates ready-to-print facing slips for over a thousand mailing bundles per cycle—eliminating the need for handwritten facing slips. This automation not only improves accuracy and USPS compliance, but also allows us to serve our advertisers more efficiently and meet critical delivery deadlines.

We strongly recommend signing up well before the deadline to avoid a last-minute rush, especially during busy periods when multiple advertisers may submit their orders at the same time, which can stretch our designers’ availability.
Advertisers who provide their own print-ready ad (300dpi) may submit a new order as late as the Ad Design Submission Deadline. We must receive a signed Advertiser Agreement and CC Authorization Form with print-ready ad design file by 4pm on the day of Ad Design Submission Deadline.
